What you'll lose on August 31

Purchase orders & receiving

No more creating POs, tracking supplier deliveries, or recording received inventory.

Stocktakes & adjustments

Lose the ability to run physical counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Cost tracking & COGS

No built-in way to track landed costs, supplier pricing, or margin analysis.

Replenishment suggestions

Lose demand-based reorder suggestions that prevent stockouts and overstock.

Shopify confirmed the Stocky sunset date:August 31, 2026.

We're rebuilding the workflow

ShelfTally replaces the three core pillars of Stocky — purpose-built for Shopify, with none of the legacy baggage.

Stocktake

Mobile-friendly physical counts with barcode scanning, partial counts, and instant reconciliation against Shopify.

Restock → PO

Demand-driven replenishment suggestions that convert directly into purchase orders with one click.

Receiving + Cost Tracking

Create purchase orders, receive against them, and automatically update Shopify cost and inventory levels.

Not an ERP. Not ERP pricing.

You shouldn't need a full ERP just to manage purchase orders and stocktakes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Stocky really going away?+
Yes. Shopify confirmed that Stocky will be sunset on August 31, 2026. After that date, the app will no longer be available.
What happens to my Stocky data?+
Shopify hasn't announced a data export tool yet. We recommend exporting your POs and stocktake history as CSVs while you still can. ShelfTally will offer an import tool for Stocky data.
How is ShelfTally different from a full ERP?+
ShelfTally focuses exclusively on the three workflows Stocky handled: purchase orders, stocktakes, and replenishment. You won't pay for manufacturing, HR, or accounting modules you don't need.
Will ShelfTally work with Shopify POS?+
Yes. ShelfTally integrates with Shopify Admin and syncs inventory across all locations, including POS locations.
What does joining the waitlist get me?+
Early access to the beta, early-bird pricing locked in for 12 months, and direct input into our feature roadmap.
How much does ShelfTally cost?+
ShelfTally has a free plan for single-location stores. Paid plans start at $19/mo (Starter, 1 location), $49/mo (Growth, 5 locations), and $99/mo (Scale, 20 locations), each with a 14-day free trial. All features are included on every paid plan — no module upsells.
When will ShelfTally launch?+
We're targeting a beta launch well before the Stocky sunset date, giving you time to migrate and test your workflows.
Is my data safe?+
ShelfTally runs on Cloudflare's global network with encrypted storage. We never sell your data and comply with GDPR and CCPA.
Can I use ShelfTally with multiple Shopify stores?+
Multi-store support is on our roadmap. At launch, each ShelfTally account will connect to one Shopify store.
