Stocky was discontinued on August 31, 2026. Shopify provides read-only access to export records for at least 90 days after that date. Stocky APIs no longer work.
Can I migrate all my Stocky data?+
No. Keep your existing archives and export available records through Stocky’s built-in reports. Stocky backup imports are not currently available in ShelfTally. Use ShelfTally for new POS stocktakes and, on a paid plan, purchase order receiving.
Does ShelfTally work with Shopify POS?+
Yes. Scan barcodes with a phone camera or hardware scanner in Shopify POS, then review discrepancies before applying inventory adjustments.
Can multiple devices count the same stocktake at once?+
Each stocktake supports one active scanning device. You can run separate counts per location; simultaneous multi-device scanning within one stocktake is not supported.
